Rain City Wholesale Refund and Returns Policy

At Rain City Wholesale, your business success and satisfaction are our top priorities. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a clear, fair return policy.

1. 15-Day Free Return & Exchange

We offer our retail partners a 15-day window for returns and exchanges, calculated from the date of delivery.

  • Return Shipping:
    • Partner’s Choice: For returns due to partner error or preference (change of mind), the partner (your company) is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Defective or Our Error: If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part, Rain City Wholesale will cover the full cost of return shipping.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all products must meet the following conditions:
  • Products must be Unused.
  • Products must be in their original, Sellable Condition.
  • All Original Packaging, labels, and accessories must be included and intact.
  • “Final Sale” items or “Custom Orders” may be exempt from this policy.

3. The Refund Process

Important: Refunds are only processed after the product has been returned to our warehouse and has passed inspection.
  • Request a Return: Contact our [Customer Service team or your Account Manager] within 15 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Ship the Product: Securely repackage the approved item(s) and ship them to our designated return address. (Shipping cost responsibility follows the policy in Section 1.)
  • Inspection: Once the product arrives at our facility, our team will inspect its condition within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Issued: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. (Please note it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We inspect every shipment, but if an issue occurs, we will resolve it immediately.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the issue.
  • In this event, we will expedite an exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
